Our Research and Development Teams in Shanghai and Tokyo combine modern technology with nearly one-hundred years of history to bring our customers the best in classic Asian cuisine.  We manufacture both internationally, and in our first-class classic workshop.  Equipped with advanced OQF production lines, we are able to produce over 10,000 metric tons per year, with an annual volume of approximately $30 million.
